Fossil and Jasper Necklace #1840 *

$345.00

This one of a kind necklace by Fosilart is a true conversation starter. The center piece is an artifact found on St. Lawrence island, Alaska and may have been used as a fire starter stand by the Yupik people.

St. Lawrence Island is thought to be one of the last exposed portions of the land bridge that once joined Asia with North America during the Pleistocene period.

Necklace is made of jasper, fossilized walrus and sterling silver.

19” long, 3” horizontal pendant with two leather details. Signed by the artist. Handmade silver hook and eye clasp.
